Lavash is Paterson's home for Turkish street food done right. We're built around one thing: the dürüm — a hand-rolled lavash wrap stuffed with charcoal-grilled kebab, fresh vegetables, and house-made sauces.
Our specialty is Adana — hand-minced, hand-skewered, grilled over open flame the way it's done in southern Turkey. Wrap it in warm tandır bread and you've got the kind of meal people travel for.
